I booked a luxury suit for 6 payed upfront. When I got there they said it wasn’t available. They sold it to other guest. Offered me 2 rooms to communicate . I took the rooms because it was late. The rooms looked dirty and unready. Not professionally cleaned only had clean sheets and toilet paper. The rest of the rooms were dirty.

Es mas parecido a un hostal pero con tu baño propio. Las fotografias son engañosas. La salita, comedor, con refrigerador y estufa la compartes con otros huéspedes arriba tuyo. El aire acondicionado es compartido, el control de tu aire lo tiene tu vecino, me lo apagaban durante la noche, mientras moria de calor ya que no hay ventilacion, mi habitación sin una sola ventana, solo un tragaluz donde entraba toda la luz del pasillo, hasta las 11pm que apagaban las luces exteriores. Pasé las peores noches, sin aire acondicionadoy entrando toda la luz. Sin una sola cortina. No privacidad. Terrible.

Al llegar, era temprano de hecho antes de la hora de check in, eran las 13 hrs .. nos dijeron que la habitacion aun no estaba, pregunte si podia dejar las maletas para poder ir a comer algo y ordene mis malestas para dejarlas . paso la camarista avisando que la habitacion estaba lista pero nadie nos dijo nada, por lo tanto dejamos las maletas y nos fuimos .. no hubo empatia, tampoco servicio, ambas personas sentadas en la recepcion generaban zero ganas de quedarte, como era una noche no me complique pero para ir tan lejos para una proxima vez prefiero pagar un poco mas pero estar donde se entregue un servicio. LA HABITACION MUY BIEN, pero mucho ruido durante la noche, puertas cerraban , abrian, personas caminando , etc
