Advertises free airport shuttle; never has been. Cab couldn't drive to front. Bag drag into hotel. 1 hour to check in despite having proof of res. He asked me to pay for my hotel room again & they would refund my money when they sorted it out. Refused. They refused to contact hotels.Com. Had to email the hotel our reservation, proof of payment, payment amount from hotels.Com, but wasn't enough. If we hadn't been flying for 36 hours from the US to India, and didn't have an early departure in the morning, we would have refused the room. Holes in carpets, water pressure low, took forever to get warm, room smelled, bed was very hard (no box spring; mattress only 3" thick), tiny bathroom disgusting; no shower stall, everything gets wet: commode, toilet tissue, dop kit, shoes, towels, etc. Worst room I ever saw. Checkout delayed because still no acceptable proof of res, asked to run our credit card to pay for room. We refused&left, amid their protest. Missed the 8am breakfast. Worst experience ever. Not 3 star. Not even 1 star.
