Nice weekend spot
This was a perfect weekend getaway; the hotel is clean and modern, the layout is nice with designated elevators from the rooms to the spa sauna. There’s even a panoramic rooftop bar and a nice breakfast each morning on the ground floor. The hotel staff was professional and courteous, speaking English and friendly service

Excellent out of town hotel
A lot of value if you are looking for a place outside of Frankfurt. Parking was a reasonable 12 euros for my entire stay with in-out privileges. The ease of access to the pool and sauna made for a relaxing time. Restaurant and the two bars were well staffed. The hotel staff were very accommodating.

Have stayed here several times and always enjoy it. The hotel and staff are excellent! Especially Luca in the Panorama bar. A bit in the country but balcony views are great. Must say the spa is not as good as it was before and some irritating and aggressive clients in the adult section - but still had a good arrival stay after the long flight from SoCal.

Great spa, okay hotel.
Overall, this was a pleasant stay. The gym was my reason for choosing the location, and aside from its late opening hours (8am) proved worth the booking. One of the best hotel gyms I’ve been able to find in Germany. That said, the staff weren’t exactly friendly. I arrived at about 1445 and was sternly told check-in was at 1500 and I could sit in the lobby and wait. A few minutes later, and still before 1500, a German traveler arrived and was allowed to check in. The primary business here appears to be the spa, which is understandable. Book the hotel for the amenities, not the room. Room was… fine. But nothing to write about.

Far enough away from downtown Frankfurt, but close enough to have easy access to highways. The staff mostly speak English and they are super-friendly. The scenery is fabulous. The food is delicious! The best part of the hotel are the pools and whirlpools. The down side is that they are also open to people not staying at the hotel, but there's so much space, it wasn't completely overrun, even with groups of kids coming in. The hotel is a little further out than some other options, but it's got great rooms. The spa area cafe is excellent. Good food and lots of choices.
