We were told at check in that the airplanes taking off 60-100 ft above us would “slow down” at 7pm. We had a 7am flight. The planes never stopped!!! We came here because it said pet friendly and our dog was terrified go outside so it peed inside for the first time in his history. Great anxiety just before they get on a plane. Had the receptionist been honest about the noise, we would have cancelled. Manager was supposed to come to change our room. Never did (wouldn’t have mattered ). Stay away from this hotel !!!! The sauna is nice but sleep will be non existent and stressed pets from god knows how many different engines give off. Worst stay of any hotel ive ever had. Will never stay at another best western anywhere because of this experience. And mostly being lied to by staff about it not being loud, and the manager never coming to our room when we were told to wait an hour… again. STAY ANYWHERE ELSE

Great place for an overnight layover. The shuttle was very much appreciated, as was the opportunity to still have a meal in the restaurant at 10:30pm after travelling all day. Nicely decorated room, spacious and clean.

Nice and convenient near airport with shuttle.
Comfy beds, clean. Shuttle was great. Check in was a bit confusing and we did not receive our breakfast vouchers so in the morning we had to go back to desk to get them then return to restaurant. Planes start taking off at 630 am. But we were getting up early anyway.
