舒服放鬆的好地方
這次住宿蘭桂的感覺非常棒，老闆娘也很貼心和用心，尤其剛到礁溪遇到大雨，親自開車接送至旅店，省了一些麻煩，在整個宜蘭的旅遊安排也分享很多建議，此外湯屋蠻舒服的也適合全家大小一起泡湯，下次去礁溪還是回訪好選擇～

A correct stop for one night
Older hotel, correctly maintained and cleaned. The comfort of the room is ok. There are three hot tub in the basement. The water is good (you can regulate the temperature) but the rooms are not fancy. Manager don't speak English. Breakfast is a voucher to the nearest 7-eleven, we passed. The situation is slightly off the main attractions of the city but still within walking distance.

地點離鬧區有一段路，附近路邊停車蠻方便。環境比較像是民宿，人員很親切，很喜歡，住起來算舒適。天氣冷有溫泉可以泡覺得開心。早餐是到附近配合的早餐店享用，要走一小段。

車站與旅館的距離是15MIN，溫泉是要在樓下浸的，不過在客服時間內浸溫泉，老闆娘很親切，會預備水果和飲品,給我們邊浸邊食邊飲，很棒!

設施還好，位置太遠
酒店距離礁溪車站要走30分鐘，雖然是直上左轉再直上，但沿路碎石及斜上的，考驗腳力，拉行李喼要很小心，路真的很窄要很小心。酒店的床很軟，屬於超級軟類別，如果有長輩同行，絕對不適合，我媽媽說睡不好。酒店只有3間泡溫泉的房，共用的，用前要預約，洗刷過後再給下一位用，清潔還算可以，就是全房石頭 較木頭失色，每次泡湯都會送切好的生果一小碟及外賣凍一支菊花茶，服務真的不錯。

Nice staff and nice room
Far far away from the station. Usually we go to the station by taxi. At the first day, we walked from the station to hotel, it was very inconvenient due to the heavy rain. Also, go to room need to get luggage and walk the stair.

Rather run-down, but clean and pleasant staff
This hotel was nice once upon a time. But the facilities are rather old and disappointing, We chose not to use the 2 spa tubs on the ground floor. The room was very small. The staff were very helpful, and helped carried our luggage to our 3rd floor rooms (there are no lifts). Closest eateries are about 8-10 minute walk away.
