The Grand View Hotel is right across from Long Sands Beach in York, Maine. The staff is very friendly. The beds were comfortable & the room was clean. The air conditioner was quite noisy but other than that it was a great place to stay!

This boutique hotel is the perfect get away, it is right across the beach, my family and I watched sunrise on the balcony more than once, we also took advantage of the patio furniture and had breakfast on the balcony. The room was clean in good condition, beds are okay, good shower pressure, the only recommendation is the semi broken screen door.

Rooms were clean and tidy. View of ocean and sounds of waves crashing from balcony was great. No space in bathroom for toiletries. Only one chair in room. Two chairs on balcony were nice. Many electric sockets did not work. Staff was pleasant.

Our stay from start to finish was absolutely amazing! This charming little location is a gem by the ocean. Friendly staff and great views. We were on the 3rd floor so lots of stairs, but its just what we needed after a long day of eating all of the local fare.
