Clean, updated and super easy transportation into Lucerne (#20 bus) boats, train station other bus lines. Would have been nice to have a mini microwave in room but still ok. had great views from our second floor room of the Alps. Staff was excellent, Samuel is THE MAN for everything. Breakfast is not traditional American style but more than ample. Cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yogurts, excellent coffee choices, pastry and fruits.

Stay away, pathetic hotel, noisy, no AC or Fans
It was a horrible hotel. It was so hot and they even did not have a fan for us. It was very noisy since it was next to heavily traveled street (busy even at night). People honk and drive fast during night which made it so much difficult to sleep during night.
