Although I've stayed in Altoona before, this was my first time staying at this place. It was more expensive than my normal accommodations in Altoona and the location is convenient.
I was dissatisfied with a few things. Firstly, the one and only elevator is slow and takes a while to use it. Secondly, the walls aren't very sound proof as I heard screaming kids several rooms away. Lastly, the breakfast options were disappointing. Normally eggs and sausage are offered along with cold options, but all they had was a waffle maker and biscuits with gravy. It's better than nothing, but it was disappointing. With that being said, the room was very clean, but the bed & pillows weren't the most comfortable.
