3 rooms and issues in all of them
Our room was flooded, no one from the management contacted us and no help was offered packing our items up. We had to step through our flooded room with water pouring from the ceiling. The second room we were placed in had the fire alarm start going off at midnight and never stopped. We were off to room number 3 which the heat did not work in. I would never stay here again. Things happen, but no one reached out to us or offered any help.

Check in staff was amazing. The room was exactly what I needed for an unexpected week long stay while family was in the hospital nearby. I was able to work, cook, relax, and rest in the same space which was a nice convenience. I was able to do laundry while I was there too. The hotel is close to shopping and not far from major highways/the interstate.
