I stsyed at this hotel many many times in the past two years and I always have some disappointments, and this time we were six days, five nights at this hotel and I had few problems from the first moment that we entered in the room, I hope the hotel management read my reviews and all the others unhappy customers that take time to write our disappointments here with the only purpose of our stays at the relax been more relaxing and less stressful. I want to thank to the few staff members that one way or the other make our stays good, and shame for the others that does not do theyy job correctly. I appointed to one of the staff that she tried to please us. that they should check the rooms before they said are ready for a new guest to come in, not to try to clean or fix all the problems there when the guest are inside the room, that is why every hotel have service clerk and supervisor..I will comeback to this hotel to give another try, but is we get another disappointment we won't comeback again. I hope this time they take very serious my review at this moment, To the hotel staff please do not wait until I am inside the room toread my reviews, take all the reviews accountable and try to fix all the mistakes, like. Room cleanness, TV service, Air conditioning works, bath towels and bedding are proper clean (white not gray color). This time we didn't wasted time to pay for breakfast based on previous experiences... take in consideration the hotel highly price.
