Hotel rooms are nice, modern and clean. Breakfast is nice and reception desk is kind. However, it is in a remote area of Cologne and if you do not have a car, you will have serious problems about transportation. There is no restaurants nearby.. secondly the wifi did not function properly throughout my stay..

Clean, comfortable room, friendly stuff, but they mean nothing, if you cannot sleep because of a wedding celebration in the same Courtyard. Event location sticked to the same Building. Full of people around and in the hotel until 1.30 am. No free parking space because of hundreds of guest cars. It was a bad surprise and hard to believe.

major disruptive noise issue at hotel
the hotel rooms were acceptable but most rooms windows faced out into a horse shoe shaped courtyard which was the entry point for a large events hall within the hotel complex. During my stay of 4 nights there were events on there every night lasting to the early hours of the morning with a great deal of noise making it impossible to sleep. people were also drinking and making noise in this courtyard as well as noise when departing with bibbing vehicle horns. In summary a terrible location for a hotel. I have submitted a sepearte email claim to hotel copied to hotels.com. It is the hotels responsibility to inform guests by way of hotels.com or directly if necessary of these potential issues at time of booking. I recieved no such advice.

Eigentlich ein gutes Hotel, nur dass an dem Abend im Saal des Hotels eine Hochzeitsgesellschaft feierte und wir den Bass bis spät in die Nacht im Zimmer hatten. Darüber hinaus hatten wir ein Dreibettzinmer. Das 3. Bett war ein Zustellbett in einem so erbärmlichem Zustand dass man die ganze Nacht die Federn im Rücken spürte. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok aber für 15€ deutlich zu teuer.

Köln-Nippes gut und günstig
Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, sehr sauber, freundliches Personal. Leider sind die Türschließer sehr kräftig und nicht jeder Gast hält die Tür etwas fest, anstatt sie laut ins Schlss krachen zu lassen. Dafür kann natürlich das Hotel nichts. Mit dem Auto einfach zu erreichen, Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Die Unterkunft hat einen eigenen Parkplatz was sie sehr attraktiv macht wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Ansonsten nur Anbindung zur Straßenbahn Niehl Nord und dem Bus. Vom Zentrum ca 25 min mit den Öffis entfernt. Fußweg zur Kantine (Verandtaltungsstätte) 15 min. Deswegen waren wir dort. Die Zimmer sind sauber sollten aber gerade im Bad mal wieder saniert werden. Gerade in den Ecken zwischen Dusche und WC, Duschstange sowie Abfluss Waschbecken sieht man das hier nicht mehr viel gemacht wurde. Dichtungsfuge WC komplett im Eimer. Zur Dusche, groß auch für kräftuge Personen wunderbar begehbar, toller Wasserdruck, auch die Temperatur ist perfekt einstellbar. Extra Handtücher muss man ordern. Gibt pro Kopf nur ein Badetuch und ein Gästetuch. Keins für die Hände oder für den Boden vor der Dusche. Das Zimmer hat jedoch tolle Matratzen (man liegt sehr hart, was ich bevorzuge). Ansonsten grosser Kleiderschrank, kleiner TV der leider Empfangsprobleme hatte und ein kleiner Kühlschrank. Bei Eintritt starker Reinigungsgeruch, mussten erst mal lüften aber es war wirklich alles sehr sauber. Personal an der Rezeption und Reinigunsfachkräfte alle sehr freundlich.
