周りに商業施設が多いため水や食料の調達、お土産の購入には困らなかった。が、繁華街のためホテル周辺は歩きやすいとは言い難く、特に週末の夜は観光客と地元の方で溢れかえって身動きが取れないほどだった。Grabを利用しようとすると混雑で車が動けなくなることが多々あったため、ホテル近くに車を呼ぶより駅を利用した方がよい。 また、夜中にオートロックのドアを開けて部屋に侵入しようとする人がいた。チェーンをかけていなかったら部屋に入られていたと思う。翌朝外からドアを開けようと試みたがやはりルームキーがなければ開かなかったため、キーを持った何者かが侵入を試みたのだと思う。お泊りの際は、必ずチェーンロックをかけてほしい。

The hotel is cozy and quaint. Booked the single room but got an upgrade for the standard room which was super comfortable. Had three friends over and it didn't feel cramped at all. The staff are also very nice and hospitable. It's also super close to the Bukit Bintang MRT station which makes travelling so easy. Will definitely stay at Chaos hotel again!

Only noticed it in the evening around 7-8pm due to late check in and requested for change of sheets / pillows but was told that the housekeeping has gone home. They allowed a room change but the new room's towels were dirty and pillow still has some stains.
