Ok property. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Certainly add a lot value on my business trip. It required refresh (and repair) on the room I stayed and the noise level from the hall way/dinning area needs to be in better controlled way.

The receptionist did not have very good attitude, when we checked in. May be they were busy, rushed. The manager though took care of us in the end. There is a sewage smell from the bathroom so had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times.

This is a budget-friendly hotel. It’s no ritz-Carlton but the staff are super friendly and accommodating. The amenities were plentiful, and the bed was nice and firm. The building itself is run-down and the hallways smell a bit musty but the rooms themselves are nice. I took one star away because the water pressure in the shower was abysmal. It drove me nuts every time I wanted to shower. Also, there are glass walls for the bathroom so if you’re not careful, everyone in the room can see you naked.

Acceptable budget hotel
Budget hotel. Much better than starless hotels but also much worse than 3-star hotels. I got 2 bug bites during my 4-nights stay. However, the room appeared kept up well and clean. The room itself was bigger than expected, but the lighting was dim and the switches were not positioned conveniently. I had to get up from the bed to turn off the lights near the door before sleep. The quality of customer service was inconsistent. Some front desk clerks were extremely professional and some felt like owner’s relatives filling in the gap time (unfriendly to and disinterested in helping customers ). The price is about the same as a 3-star hotel in the same neighborhood, but the experience was not on par. I would book again only if my go-to 3-star hotel is full.

Very friendly staff, great location for shopping and dining. Only negative was no parking, my friend came to visit and was not able to find any parking space and the hotel didn't have parking. Hotel gave information about a parking lot few blocks away. Can park and walk about 8 minutes is what the hotel said.
