Great property, great staff; its just the area, and client they rent too, is all. I would recommend to those who want a bang for your buck room. Just put toliet paper as cover over the lids a decent amount. Bedsides that, the room besides the burn marks on the fabric, its a great deal usually a room that size run you about 150$ in Los Angeles county. Definitely a great deal.

Utterly Horrible
The room was in an utter disarray. There were cockroaches all over, the seats were disgusting, there was blood on the bed sheets and there were ladies of the night (prostitutes) coming in and out of the neighboring rooms.

Disappointing and dirty
The area was decent, a couple options for food across the street. The room was not very clean. I spilled some water on the floor and used a towel to clean it, the towel was filthy after. I was charged $10 from my deposit for that towel at checkout lol. The walls were very dirty. There was also supposed to microwave in the room but it did not have one. Overall it wasn't horrible, but you definitely don't feel like a welcomed customer, I wouldnt stay there again.

I booked a room for a month and the total cost for my stay was $4,948 I paid and they took my money from my account and when I got there to check in the guy said your total is $4,948 and I told him you guys took the money already from my account and they still didn’t give me my money back or my room and then the owner had the nerve to double his money after he took my money he turned around and rented the room out by the day and doubled his money

Hotels real name
This hotel has decreased in quality in the last few years. While we did not expect a luxury hotel what we got was surprisingly different. Holes the size of fists on both sides of the bathroom door, no lock on the main door (I.e. to the hallway and other rooms), the walls had dirt marks, and nothing was plugged in/the outlets were too far away from anything to plug your phone in and set it somewhere to charge. The mini fridge while visually appeared clean, smelled of mold. When we arrived the hotel the staff was friendly but there were several large men actively watching the staircase to see who was going up to the rooms. Hotel is so close to the bus stop that you get all walks of life there. Music blasting so hard it shook the walls multiple times in the night. An Uber driver later told us this hotel is called “h**ker hotel” for all of the foot traffic it gets. We stayed one night and left early the next morning to book a different hotel.

Not Safe
There is nothing but drug dealers and prostitutes that LIVE there. I did not feel safe sleeping at night. The countertops were broken. The lights didn’t work even after they came to change the light bulb. There were roaches everywhere. There were cigarette burns everywhere: toilet seat, blankets, drawer.. everywhere. The blankets had holes in them and the blankets were more like sheets. The receptionist is a nice person however I did not feel safe at all at night. The door also would get jammed and took me almost 5 minutes trying to pry it open. The sink faucet was loose and the knobs to the water were broken as well. Stay at your own risk.
