All I can say is be prepared for a casino hotel experience :( When we arrived, the parking lot was under construction. That made a lot of noise and made it very difficult to move you luggage from the remote lot to your room. Constructed started early and ended late.
When I approached the registration desk, I was told the agent was on her break and would not return for 20 mins. They only have one agent per shift. We had to wait 30 mins. to register... and once the agent returned, the line was long!
When I did check in, the agent was not the friendliest. The staff gave you the impression you were bothering them.
The Internet was out most of the night and next morning. When I asked about that, the agent said "I don't know." In other words, they were not even attempting to fix it. The TV, we discovered, was also out all night.
I could go on and on, but I think I can sum it up by saying this is what you expect for this type of casino hotel. They should not be in the hotel business unless they genuinely want to provide good service. The hotel seems to be an afterthought being run with minimal staff.
We found the experience so awful that we left as early as possible the next morning. We are not gamblers, so there was no reason to stay at such an awful place.
