So, there is massive construction in the area. Like jack hammers all day until 7pm. The apartment was beautiful and very secure. The shower had issues, leaking all over the floor. They gave me two bath towels and one was dedicated to wiping up the shower mess. Had a laundry machine but i could not figure out the "dry" function so i used the rack in the closet. Was pretty hot in london the days i was there. Made the apt very warm. Only a winter comforter, no top sheet. So fan placed at the window all day, all windows open, trying to keep it cool in there. Probably not an issue any other time.

This one BR apartment was well appointed, mostly clean and large. While we loved the location, the construction across the street was nonstop. The door frame to our apartment had mold and rot. There were mouse traps all over the building. And it lacked basic amenities like napkins and paper towel. Additionally, the bed was a double, not a kind as stated on Expedia.

Great apartment, great location - but bring hearing protection! At no point either at the time of booking many months ago, or in the ‘welcome’ messages last week, were we advised about the huge construction site, literally 20ft from the property. The construction site has been up and running for over a year so there are no excuses for not notifying potential guests. Work started on the construction site before 7am every morning, including Saturday and Sunday, and it was deafening. This should have been flagged at the time of booking or at least last week, with the check in details were sent. We also paid an extra fee for an early check in however on arrival the apartment had not been cleaned or the beds made up for new guests. Whilst the early check in fee was refunded, having to leave and return two hours later was inconvenient. Very disappointing given the price paid.

Do not bother.. not worth the money.
The apartment is comfortable but they gave me the wrong code on arrival and I could not contact anyone for ages to figure out what had gone wrong, I had to wait across the road till I got through after about 15 phone calls. The construction is super super loud even through ear plugs it wakes you up early. The printing on the welcome card made it impossible to get the internet code when I tried to call again on a different number no one answered, found the code on a seperate piece of paper in the apartment finally. Then the power went out in the apartment on the 2nd night, I messaged the night manager and they said there was nothing to do until the next day. Terrible and annoying stay.
