A nice hotel in a great location and amazing staff
After being let down with my original booking elsewhere I booked this hotel last minute and was glad I did - well located a 5 minute walk from the shops, bars and restaurants of Nişantaşı the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a decent choice. The definite highlight of my stay was the staff - always friendly and attentive (and available) and willing to help/make your trip more enjoyable - from a glass of tea on the terrace to booking taxis, offering ideas for things to do - I’ll definitely stay here again

The staff is amazing. Friendly and accommodating. We were there in connection with an operation in a hospital 5 minutes walk away. Only downsides are the steep streets that may not be suitable for everybody. The property has some signs of being well used with minor maintenance issues present. Overall a great stay

The staff were amazing. Super helpful. Did everything we asked for. Even special requests! Breakfast was nice. The hotel s in a hilly area, so if you are old or have knee problems, wouldnt be a good option for you. The rooms were very small, we didnt have any space to open our suitcases or even walk past eachother. We had a few requests, and the staff immediately helped us out. I also didnt like that the bathroom door eas exactly besidd my head in bed. Wish the rooms were a bit bigger! It was close to a few restaurants and cafes. Walking 10mins to a nice mall. Also 30mins away from Taksim. Most people who stayed there were patients at a hair implant hospital, so there were bloody heads all over the place. Didnt like having breakfast and looking at all the bloody heads. But its not the hotels fault, so im giving them 5/5 stars! Again, the staff were great! Location is not bad as well.

The hotel is in a central area, walking distance to the main shopping street in Istanbul. Hotel staff very nice, very helpful and the Turkish traditional breakfast buffet was so good. The cleanliness of the room was good, cannot complain. Thank you to the Modus Hotel staff!!!

A nice hotel. The breakfast was good and fresh. Our room was small but it was clean with really good Airconditon. the staff are friendly and polite. and restaurant foods were excellent at 10 pm they served a great beef steak for us. We had a nice memory at this hotel.

1- Nice staff and good location 2- Nice breakfast 3- Extremely small room was given to me where I barely can move 4- There were huge number of bed mattresses stored in front of my room blocking my access and the corridor as well. I asked reception more than two times to remove them but no action was taken until I left the hotel
