The property is really nicely restored however some minor issues. Our TV was not working and we were upgraded to a larger room. However the occurrence that gave us a poor taste in our mouth was upon checking out. Front desk staff accused us of taking two unnamed items from the minibar In our prior room. We assured them we did not as we had purchased our own items at the local grocery store. Instead of apologizing, numerous housekeeping, staff approached us still accusing. It made my daughter feel victimized and upset. Not a great way to leave such a beautiful vacation

If you would like to get some sleep then don't stay here. I'm not saying 5 hours, 4,3,2 or even 1 hour. People next to me finally stopped partying at 5am. I thought, maybe I could thankfully get a little 4 hour nap because I have a really long day ahead of me. I would say when I finally fell asleep a family and their kids made your way down to the pool. Yelling, cannonballs and even the classic Marco Polo. This is the kind of thing I expect in Kissimmee Florida before visiting Mickey, not the $1000 I paid to stay at the Beach House.

The hotel is nice, but the service stinks.
The rooms are very nice, but extremely small. The bathroom is cramped, and the shower is tiny. Everyone in our party was female and under 5’4”, and we barely fit in the shower. Most upsetting, the front desk staff was rude, unhelpful and largely absent. When someone was working the desk, they invariably had AirPods in, and made you feel uncomfortable for asking a question. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained, but we basically had to beg for towels. We stayed mid week so the hotel was not crowded at all. There was really no excuse for such poor service in such a high end property.

Montauk Beach house review
The Montauk Beach house was pretty good. Check in was smooth and the pool area was pleasant. The only issue we had was there was lack of service at the pool restaurant area, we had to search for server to assist us as they were focused on other guests that i dare say were not our complexion. Also we noticed that the GM, i believe named, Yanni, gave us 0 attention or even a greeting yet he managed to greet all other guests who again were not our complexion. We found this very disheartening because we spent a good amount of money and we travel alot and would expect a level of service reciprocated to all guests. The bright spot was Devin the server who was super attentive, showed grace and just was a pleasant person to me and my family. Big up and 10 stars to him. Overall all was well except for the minor bump in the road.
