Problemas crônicos no sistema de ar condicionado, o qual para de funcionar, do nada... e mesmo tendo um suporte, o problema é recorrente. Pelo visto deve ser instalação errada... Alem do mais, o secador de cabelo estourou e ficou sem reposição, mesmo após vários chamados.

Já tive melhor experiência durante anos que vou
Sou hóspede desse hotel fazem anos, mas vejo que não estão tendo olhos para manutenção da academia, que é um dos atrativos que me faz fidelizar á ir nesse hotel, maquina muiti uso sem manutenção á meses, desde novembro com problema no cabo, esteira fazendo barulho de falta de manutenção. Estive no final de semana de 08/02 á 09/02 e a televisão da academia não funcionava. Reportei á recepção e fiquei aguardando durante o meu período de treino na academia e ninguém apareceu. Ao fazer meu check out vieram me falar que não tinham mão de obra de manutenção, sendo que quando fui á recepção nada haviam me falado. Precisam melhorar a manutenção e a comunicação da recepção.
