Good customer service makes all the difference.
The staff was so friendly (the lady who works at night made us feel right at home), and overall, the property was quite clean! However, we did feel that our room could have been a bit cleaner to meet our expectations. On the bright side, the price was reasonable, and we felt really safe during our stay!

We did not even get to stay here as the room I booked 2 months ago they decided to cancel and give to someone else. They over booked and as I was driving there they called and said we do t have a room for you. So I had to scramble to find a different hotel. That is very poor service.
