If you want to chill, this littke gem is the garden of Eden. This small complex is a traditional Thai wooden palace, suitably de orated. The dias beside the pool can be a treatment room, the public salon, nice to chill in, but the 'villas' each have their own wet rooms/dressing room with private bath, a/c and fan, comfy bed with Egyptian cotton bedding, tv and a mini bar. So traditional, but so comfy. The staff dont speak much English, so that can be a bit of a problem but they are helpful and discrete. Five choices for breakfast ti have in the salon or by your villa. The mossie coils were helpful in the evening when the breeze dropped. No restaurant, but there is a brilliant coffee shop on the main road for lunch (hocklee....until 5.30pm) and the muslim restaurant across the road is good. Kay, the manager, willgive you other tips. All in all, a great place if you're looking to chill out in a peaceful, beautiful garden with a pretty amazing view. If Kay can get breakfast or lunch picnic baskets going for trips, that'd be great.
