Location is perfect, hotel room is little bit of smaller but its cozy. Hairdryer was broken, room service immediately changed. We couldn’t buy tickets for museums, tours, and many other stuff because our credit card needed bank authorization later we told alex and he help us out a lot. We are so grateful for his help. The hotel is very close to the metro station and yet the Sagrada Familia and Casa Mila are within walking distance. The hotel staff was very friendly and suggested some very nice restaurants. I recommend this hotel. The rooms are simple, functional and clean. I was a little disappointed that the room I stayed in had a very loud noise from the drainage of the toilet in the other room.
