This facility is a medical clinic with full Medical Services - the place is filled with patients recovering from various ailments. This was not what was advertised on the Expedia site and I am terribly disappointed as this smelled like a hospital, the breakfast was not good, felt like I was duped on this one and my wife was traveling with me. False advertising. This is not a hotel but rather a medical rehabilitation clinic. There are many patients healing and being treated at this clinic which has medical facilities on two levels. It is not a normal hotel and both my wife and I were very disappointed being here as this feels like a rehab clinic. The food for breakfast was not good the eggs tasted very strange - we didn’t finish out breakfast and had to leave. Expedia - YOU need to do a better job making sure facilities are accurately described. This place caused my wife and two very limited sleep nights and both of us felt very odd being there. The rooms do not have locks from the inside and they have a key lock in the doors which can be locked from the outside. I spoke with several people in St Gallen that I work with locally and all said the facility is a hospital.
