The hotel is ok, but handle more then it can, not enough car parking, not enough elevators, the rooms are small for the type they offer for, one triple room could never be tripe, only double could fit. The pool are is too crowed, so you see that they take more that they can handle, it smells pee before 10 am all across the area, not cool. Breakfast is very good, and cafeteria is big and clean, but the disabled people will have very difficulty to access it Some of the staff is very familiar with what they do, but others too young and seems to have no clue what hotel and customer service/computers is all about, The Vallet guys are amazing price is quite high for what they have to offer
