Needed a hotel in the Polonnaruwa area so we could tour the ruins in the early part of the morning but also wanted to have a swimming pool to cool off in after the tour & here fitted the request for both . Fairly new , large sized rooms with large bed , separate sitting area with tea & coffee making facilities , downside was no inroom fridge nor closet and free wifi but only will work in lobby or restaurant .The restaurant does a buffet if many people staying or a la carte other times at average prices , great service from restaurant and manager who also helped organise transport for ruins tour & to airport on check out .Was very thankful for the Pool as it was a lovely refreshing reprieve from the heat .Glad we chose here .

ﾎﾟﾛﾝﾅﾙﾜの観光地にも近いし、ﾎﾃﾙは清潔で、ﾚｽﾄﾗﾝの食事も美味しかったです。ﾎﾃﾙやﾚｽﾄﾗﾝの従業員はﾌﾚﾝﾄﾞﾘｰで、色々と話しかけてくれて、観光の情報を貰いました。野生の象が見える、国立公園の情報を貰い、行ってみたら、多数の野生の象が見えて、感激でした。

Avoid this hotel. Seriously disappointing.
We booked a delux room which Expedia said had a balcony/terrace. The first room they took us to was not a delux room, so we had to insist they give us what we had paid for. They then gave us a ‘delux’ room that had neither a balcony or a terrace. We complained, but they refused to give us the room we had booked and paid for, only offering to give us a room with a balcony for our last night, which would have involved moving all our things just for one night. They did nothing to make up for it. They didn’t clean the room or change our towels or replace the free water and refreshments we were meant to receive and we had to ask for these. The breakfast was awful and had ants crawling over some of the dishes. There are much better and cheaper options all over the town. Our friend stayed in a home-stay that was far better at a fraction of the price. Avoid this place. I’m generally not one to complain but the service and staff here were really awful and it was gutting to have paid so much for a rotten stay.

Angenehmes gut gelegenes Hotel mit Swimming Pool
Das Hotel ist schön in einem Park gelegen mit einem Aussenpool. Das Bedienungspersonal im Restaurant ist sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstück und Nachtessen sind reichhaltig. Das Hotel stellt Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Die meisten Zimmer im älteren Teil des Gebäudes im ersten Stock haben keine Aussicht und sind etwas lärmig von der Küche. Daher Zimmer ebenerdig neben dem Pool buchen.

L' Hotel si trova in ottima posizione. Le stanze sono un po spartane. La piscina è molto bella, sembra quella di un grande albergo. Ristorante buono. Personale cordialissimo ed efficiente.

Budget rooms very poor not 3.5 star (more 2 star)
STAFF FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. BUDGET ROOMS ARE IN THE INFERIOR, OLD PART, OF THE HOTEL. HAVE TO PAY TO UPGRADE TOTHE NEW PART OF THE HOTEL. FOOD NOT VERY GOOD. I WOULD ONLY RECOMMEND THE PREMIUM ROOMS TO COMPARE WITH COMPETING ROOMS OF A 3.5 STAR HOTEL.
