Buen hotel, con oportunidad de mejora
El servicio en recepcion fue excelente, lo unico que se requiere mejorar con urgencia es el tema de limpieza en areas comunes, habia bolsas de basura en todos lados y muchas moscas, no obstante, la habitacion estaba limpia y las camas limpias y comodas.

Disgusting, rooms horrible conditions with roaches
This hotel is horrible, disgusting, dirty, torn up, and they have roaches. The main office was so dirty but I gave them them the benefit of the doubt as I checked in but when we walked into the room it was bad. There were roaches! I instantly called the front desk and advised I wanted my money back. I killed a roach walking out of the room and left it there for them to see. Do not rent a room here!

Room was available as per the prepaid booking. Upgraded to another bigger room though but took some time to clarify things, wifi was not working, property was not clean.

pulled into property and it was bright and appeared clean...went ahead and booked for the night. Got inside and the gal was nice, but she did not have booking yet...no prob.. She tells me my freezer is being dethawed and there are towels around it...that she will follow me to the room. No prob. I can deal with that. I get to the room and I knock on the door; 1 because it looks open...oh no it has been kicked in in the past and it always looks a little open...putting the swing arm against door and locking the 2nd lock I figure it will be ok. But, I was uneasy...kept getting up to look outside and check on my car. Not to exclude that the mode that this place may not be safe from all the cameras in lobby and the many tvs with surveillance cameras at the desk. Well I go to use the bathroom and check the status of the rest of the room and I get to the bathroom and there is the outer covering of the TP and the brand new roll of TP in the toilet with the lid closed...so what did i do I fished it out. Toilet seat is so loose that it could be a hazard. No shampoo/conditioner and 1 washrag that they put at the back of the sink with the soap on it. The towels were the size of a larger hand-towel. The room actually looks like it was semi-cleaned post a murder/shooting and the bed linens have cigarette burn holes in it and the base is dirty. Lamp next to be does not work unless you screw the bulb in and out and the TV was a flash back to the picture of the a bad tv from the past...

A very large room. Floor was not clean. Very little furniture. only one night stand. Mattress not very good.

Bed was clean, which was good. Bathroom was in poor repair and water went everywhere. The humidity in the room was so high that the floors were constantly damp in the main room and the bathroom. Also, despite getting a non-smoking room, it smelled of tobacco, and the bathroom door was stained with smoke.
