I would not go back to this property. It is not a hotel. It is a run down building. I messaged the owner and got no answer. Bathroom was in decay and no toilette paper. The kitchen looked like the kitchen of the TV show “The Bear”. Line and old commercial kitchen. The apartment smeller line sewer. There is no elevator. The AC worked and the beds were comfortable.

I'm not sure if I have ever loathed (hated) a hotel as much as this. Yes, location was perfect. Two beds. BUT: BLACK MOLD in the bathroom - GROSS and was NOT cleaned even when we complained multiple times; water did not drain so you're soaking your feet in the mold even for 2 minute shower; MULTIPLE large gross cockroaches; MUSTY/MILDEW smell every day; crazy LOUD on Friday night; gross OLD STRINGY towels; hardly any EU plugs; no water in the 'kitchen"... You get the idea..

I would not stay again-bed bugs Pros- airport shuttle was easily arranged, breakfast at the place downstairs was nice. When we arrived we noticed the apartment was lightly cleaned. One bathroom smelled so bad (maybe from the plumbing?) we couldn’t stand to use it. After the first night I noticed some itchy spots. The next day we had more spots and realized there was a bedbug problem. I reached out to the property but have yet to hear back. The shower was very difficult to figure out.

Loved our stay here! We were able to store our bags before check in which was a great perk. The room was great! The terrace was amazing and even had a view of the acropolis, which was awesome at night! They provide breakfast at the restaurant called Brunchers which was the best breakfast I had while in Europe!! The location is awesome with great access to the metro and in walkable distance to majority of the archeological sites! Would highly recommend this property!

Great Location and Restaurant, but Poor Maintenance! The location is phenomenal, right in the center of Athens, just a 15 min' walk from the Acropolis. The restaurant associated with the apartment building is a real highlight: delicious food, warm staff, and excellent service. Unfortunately, the apartment itself is poorly maintained. The sink is rusted and unpainted, the refrigerator door is broken (the plastic seal is coming off), and the water heater takes a long time to warm up, and once it does, it only lasts a few minutes in the shower. If the management improves the upkeep of the rooms, this place could be a gem. Until then, it’s a mixed experience.

The bed was clean but not comfortable. There was only 1 pillow in each double bed and there were 3 of us. There are pillows on the wardrobe but had no covers. The airconditioning and portable heating provided was not working. We left the window a bit open and it was really noisy in the morning as it was restaurant in the front. The shower wall and curtain has molds. Doesnt seem to be deep cleaned ever. Also the hand soap dispenser was broken and just left there. There were no reception in the building so we just messaged and was promptly given the things that we needed the next day. Nobody cleaned or at least emptied the bin in the entire 4 nights of stay. Can't flush toilet paper and the bathroom bin? You can just guess it. Otherwise, it is located centrally and about 15 mins to walk to the acropolis. When we got tired, we head back to rest and go out again as everything is within walkable distance. The best part of the stay was the brunch in the restaurant front. It has limited options but you can always order for extra pay. If you are not fuss about a dirty bathroom and limited amenities, this place will do. We loved Athens, the stay would have been good if the there were just a few extra cares provided for the the studio. It would have been perfect.

This is located in a different building and area from the hotel, it is really an Airbnb. The email sent contained the wrong door code, the restaurant (which is downstairs and where they include an awesome breakfast) was very helpful. When I contacted the office they were quick to respond but instead of admitting they sent the wrong code they told me I was entering it wrong - I know the difference between the numbers 05 and 21! Just admit the mistake and I wouldn’t have felt the need to add it to a review! Room is fine, nothing special. As advertised it’s at the top of a building - 3 steep flights up. The roof terrace is in pretty rough shape with dead plants, broken privacy screens and mops and buckets around. But for the price it was good for one night. Location is ideal.

The airport shuttle was on time and friendly. The free breakfast was great. The location was convenient. However, the stairwell was dirty. The door was hard to unlock and we stood there for a long time trying to make the key work. The air conditioner worked but let out a musty smell. The windows arent very insulated so outside sound comes in easily. The rooftop patio was in shambles. Dead plants, stained cushions. It was not inviting at all and the view was another rooftop filled with trash and clutter. The couch was old with a blanket thrown over it and the bed was hard. The bedding was clean but the towels were crunchy, not soft. The hot water heater did not work so we went without a shower the first night. I had to go back and forth with them about getting it repaired the first and second day. I was only there for 2 nights and the 2nd night they suggested I move to another building. I refused to move and requested a partial refund for having to take a cold shower. I sent emails and called but they refused to have the owner contact me. Eventually late in the day a repairman showed up and after an hour got the hot water working. This place has a lot of potential but I wouldn't stay here again in its current state.

Our stay was pleasant, and the location was amazing! Perfect for all the places we wanted to go see in the city. Breakfast was also amazing!!! They have the BEST honey and yogurt for breakfast. The furniture and decor were outdated and not the best. Also, my husband had to figure out how to get the hot water going. But other than that, I would stay here again.
