This was the noisiest hotel I've used in Arequipa. The walls are paper thin, so I heard the family next to me yelling on the phone until midnight, and then heard the hotel staff early (5:30- 6:00 AM) yelling on the phone all morning the next morning. Hotel staff was very rude, and wouldn't let me go to the bathroom after check-out. They also made me pay before even seeing the room, which was sketchy. Breakfast was packet coffee, a sad little egg, and bread. Rooms were clean enough, but worn with creaky floor-boards, mold, and a broken tile floor in bathroom. Power outlets in the room were broken, my light went out in the bathroom and was not replaced, and the room refrigerator still had stuff in it from previous guests. You can do way better than this for 30$.
