Disgusting. Awful cleanliness and poor safety
Cleanliness was terrible. My towels seemed to be the previous client's towels, they seemed used by someone else and the bathroom was dirty too. They didn't take the toilet paper away. A few minutes after I entered my room I found a guy trying to open the door with a key of my room!!! I complained and the desk front employee took this extra key from that guy. I was shocked. I do not recommend this hotel at all

The lobby area is nice, room was ok. Wifi did not work in the room but the AC worked well. We stayed there before going on a cruise. The hotel was ok, but Colon is terrible and not somewhere you want to stay for even one night.

It is a very run down Hotel. The doors are falling off, the beds where breaking apart, it was very noisy, there is no way we could have slept there. As soon as we saw our room we canceld our resevation. The only good thing I can say is that the people at the frond desk where willing to refund us the payment.
