My visit was one of nostalgia -- the property (pools and room) needed updating, but were clean. Staf could have provided a warmer reception. Visiting from the US, we did not know about the holidays and one entire day, hourly, we heard fireworks going off. I was there mainly to visit Abasolo, but they did not have a local map -- I relied on social media for places off site to eat lunch and dinner.

Siempre ha sido cara la estancia aqui, nos gusta que es muy familiar el ambiente es muy lindo, la comida horrible casi siempre, no se diga las cenas especiales. En cuanto al personal deberian pagar mas a sus empleados o darles bonos para que se apliquen mas. El dispensador de agua de el ba@o estaba flojo.

Desde que reservamos nos contactaron del hotel para decirnos que nos cancelarian la reservacion porque no habiamos dado anticipo, y que expedia nos xancelaria e informaria de eso, siendo que seguimos las indicaciones de expedia. Gracias a Dios cuando llegamos si nos respetaron la reservacion porque expedia nunca nos mando mensaje de cancelacion . La habitacion no tenía agua caliente y la televisión muy vieja
