nice place to stay!
RAUL, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great location, interesting architecture
We loved Hotel Victoria's architecture, art, and location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is terrific; directly on the elegant Paseo de Montejo, and just about a block from the stunning Monument to the Homeland, a modern-era sculpture paying homage to the Yucatan's deep, numerous eras of civilisation The Monument hosts a weekly light-show that is a big crowd-pleaser.
BENJAMIN, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

The hotel building is beautiful and has a great location. The rooms could use some renovation to become more modern and comfortable.
Joyce, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

Price switch but nice place
The advertisement when looking had the price of the room almost 1/2 of what I paid when I got there. I didn’t notice that the price changed on my reservation from the advertised rate when it converted to pesos. I paid the rate they have on the sign out front. BS. Nice place though. Staff was kind. Down the st from Walmart. Safe parking. The windows let ALL the noise through.
Laura, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

It’s an old hotel but they keep it nice and clean , convenient location, most of the workers were very nice but the lady in the front desk was not, she was rude when I asked nicely why she was giving me a double bed when I booked a king size and she said very rudely it’s what I have take it or leave it !

8/10 Very good

The location of this property is perfect. Beautiful houses, next to the Monumento a la Patria, many dining options. The downside are the outdated bathrooms.
Heriberto, 6-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Safe and beautiful.
Elizabeth, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is in a nice environment and close to all the amenities in Paseo Montejo
Emma, 3-night trip

4/10 Fair

Great location. BUT: Hard beds, not sufficient coolness in room, street dogs living in the back of the hotel barking all night long. Not a 4 star hotel, remotely.
Harald, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Close to dining and monuments, the hotel includes a very courteous and friendly staff ready to assist when needed. The rooms are excellently maintained and the housekeeping staff goes well beyond the call of duty, muchas gracias!

RAUL, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

We stay here since it was close to the us consulate, but the hotel has an amazing location, you have everything close by and lots of restaurants and coffee shops around, they have free parking and the staff were very friendly, the food at the hotel restaurant was excellent. It is nit new but they keep it in fair state and most important very clean with a fair price.
Karina, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

I was really lucky, picked the Hotel Victoria because my convention hotel (Fiesta Americana) was overbooked. Stayed with them for a week, and I got a much better deal than my fellow travelers. Convenient walk on Paseo Montejo to the seminar, and I was treated with personal service by a kind staff. I’d highly recommend to anyone for short or long stay.
