Clean comfortable safe and exceeded expectations
We had a comfortable stay for our Rome holiday. The hotel was in a great location only 3 minutes walk to Termini station. Plenty of shops and restaurants and takeaways nearby. We felt very safe during daytime and early evenings in and around the area. The hotel itself is slightly dated but I found it clean, comfortable and my mattress was especially good and firm so I settled in very well quickly.

Short walk from Termini station. 2stars is what 2stars is. Beds OK with linen. Only minus part is the towels which we got only for 2persons even that we had beds for 5 and 4 persons booked and paid. Extra towels would have cost 5€/each. Also to get only one toiletpaper roll per night was a bit tricky.

This is an older, smaller hotel close to the train station. I choose this place mostly due to it's close proximity to the train station since we had a late arrival into Rome. We only stayed here for two nights and I wouldn't have wanted to stay longer. The staff was very friendly. The room we stayed in was small and outdated but clean- absolutely nothing fancy. It was fine for what we needed.

Great location and easy access for budget travel
This is a good budget alternative for the economy minded traveler. The hotel staff and location are excellent for easy train entry into the city from the airport or outside of Rome. I would recommend to the staff that they use a capful of bleach in the wash water used for cleaning the shower. This would reduce the mold common in humid climates like Rome.

This is an older property and there were a few things that were less than ideal (mainly a few of our beds were a bit hard to sleep on and one of our power outlets was loose in the wall). Still, these inconveniences did not detract much from our overall stay. Hotel is two blocks away from the metro/bus station and all tour bus operators, has a decent selection of eateries around the area, a parking garage one block away, and friendly staff. Thank you!

We booked this hotel because it looked okay from the pictures and the descriptions. The room we booked was totally different than the room gave us. Worst of all of the issues, the mattress was so incredibly uncomfortable and the beddings condition was gross with blood/urine stains on them. I booked this hotel because the price was reasonable but it wasn’t the cheapest hotel out there so I was expecting it to be average but no, it was the most unhygienic and uncomfortable and unpleasant hotel that I stayed in. Save yourself the struggle and DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL.

This was convenient to train station and plenty of activities near by and we felt safe. Unfortunately, we found some bugs on 2 of the 3 beds, followed by confirmation of baby to adult sized bedbugs coming from behind the wall mounted headboard and outlet plugs. The staff seemed very new and still learning (along with a language barrier) so we were not able to communicate the issue.

Upon first arrival the room appeared to be clean however, on closer inspection, the walls were dirty, 2 pillows were mouldy and the top sheet was dusty. We had problems with the door as it appeared to be kicked in and hadn't been repaired even though we had asked them to fix it. The blankets were ripped in places and the shower head was broken and had to be carefully positioned in order to stay upright. Broken powerpoint and exposed wires. The fan blades were dusty.
