Overall our experience at this property was excellent with only a minor hiccup at check-in. When we arrived we found ourselves in a room on the first floor back side of the hotel (108). While the room was modern and clean, it was not what we thought corresponded to the Deluxe Double room that we had booked. At the time of check-in, the receptionist was unable to address our concerns but told us the manager would be back at 6pm to help us and this is what indeed did happen. We were shown a suite on the same floor but found it to be too dark, and agreed to wait one night to be moved to #202 on the second floor which had a view facing the Casino and Elli Beach. The double bed (which is actually two singles joined together) were very good quality and comfortable. Two pillows for each person were supplied. Also good quality, but we found them a little on the large and firm side. It would be nice if the hotel offered an alternate pillow. The location of this hotel is fantastic! Easy walking distance to all that New Town has to offer and only a few minutes extra to explore the Medieval Old Town. There is plenty of parking on the street, however we were there in low season, so once tourism picks up, I can imagine parking will be more difficult given that you are right across from a large public beach. Supposedly many units have kitchenettes, however ours didn't. There was a kettle with tea/coffee supplied, as well as a small fridge/mini-bar. We highly recommend this property.
