No help on accidental booking
Accidentally booked wrong dates as for some reason when i pressed book it changed dates to May from April. Contacted hotels .com didn’t get far with it. Lost the £82 paid for this and then had to rebook to have correct dates. I informed hotels.com straight away but still no refund on accidental wrong dates that have been booked 😔 really disappointed by this

So we didn’t expect much from an F1; you get what you pay for. But we have stayed in other F1s before, which were much better. Half the toilets were out of action. I imagine poor drainage as by the end of the day the showers were flooded and dirty. No air/con. However it is only a 10 minute walk to Pringy train station which is one stop from Annecy and therefore easy to get around from if you don’t have a car.

Très propre. acceuil le soir, par un jeune homme professionnel et cordial. Renseignements pour un resto de bon conseil. Le petit déjeuner varié, croissant et pain frais.chambre Bien chauffé car -5 dehors . Un rafraichissement peinture chambre et déco couloir serait de non augure... En ch 128, un interrupteur serait à changer.. Mais l ensemble est agréable sinon et qualité prix très convenable. 👍

Notre accueil a été très agréable mais la chambre était étriquée sans wc et douche à l'intérieur pour une somme de 41 euros. C'est cher juste pour un lit assez confortable....

Tout d’abord la chambre n’avez pas étais nettoyé capsule de bière sous le lit douche salle et literie pas très propre non plus le matelas et très très dur comme dans une garde à vue le personnel nous réveille à 10h pour nettoyer la chambre et ce permet de rentrer dans la chambre pendant qu’on dormait à fuire

Le pire hôtel de tous les temps, j'ai jamais imaginé qu'un auberge de jeûnesse pourra avoir un plus grand comfort qu'un hôtel. Les toillettes sont catastrophiques. La chambre est tellement basique que vous n'aurez même pas un petit frigo.
