STAY AWAY .. STAY AWAY, TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY &TIME
Wanted to check in at 11pm. No one there to check in even the phone number given on the reservation did not responded. Next day morning when someone picked the phone he talked something in thai and disconnected the phone which was never Picked up again. .. even the booking company, which was done through ebookers didnt care to respond. Worst Possible Place in Pattaya

Great place!!
The resort was awesome!!! The pool was amazing! It would be a great place for families. The room was quite spacious and very nice inside. I definitely would stay there again!! The beach is about a 10 minute walk away. The only downside is that the there is no real check-in place. When we got there we had to contact the owner by phone and she directed to us how we could get into the room. She did not speak English very well so it was difficult to communicate. We had a few questions and were unable to get them answered by her.

Worst place to stay in Pattaya
This place is basically a Condo that has not sold so they are trying to recoup their money by renting them out. Do not expect anyone there to check you in. The beach is a long walk away across a busy road. Taxis pass you by and ill not stop. I will never book there again.

Wasn't clean and you can't fit four people in this apartment. The sofa bed can't be slept on and counted as bedding for two. No sheets provided for the sofa bed or towels for four only two. Dishes still drying in the rack and overall very dirty. Location is very far from Pattaya central

Enjoyable and affordable, good for groups/family's
Good sized room. Easy check in - Nice space. Facilities are good - however in the kids water play area needs a good safety check... a rope mesh net that had been repaired but now broken again open at a drop straight down into a shallow water.. accident waiting to happen. That is more the complex management's fault and a general Thai problem that they fail to observe standard safety practice.. Otherwise completely enjoyed the time. One thing to assist maybe a short page of info in the room - on where things are around the area and in the facilities such as the gym and opening times, WIFI password just to make it easy.

良かった点 :未就学児を含む子供連れだったため、プールに大喜びで毎日遊んでました。またセブンイレブンがすぐそばにあり、生活必需品から食品まで買え便利でした。フルキッチン、電子レンジと洗濯機があり、長期滞在はもちろん家族連れにはストレスなく過ごしました。 悪かった点: 英語の出来るスタッフがかなり限られているため、チェックイン当日まで事前に、チェックイン方法やアーリーチェックインの希望に対する返答が得られず不安感がありました。ハウスキーパーは英語が殆ど出来ません。また建物があちこち古く、ソファに穴が空いていたりガラスにヒビが入っていたり。部屋の中にムカデやミミズも多く出ましたし、水周りも古かったです。
