Housekeeper ridiculous
Very nice place. Everything was good until morning. Housekeeper arrived without checking cleaning list. Housekeeper didn’t knock or announce housekeeper. It was only 1100 hrs. Housekeeper unlocked door and proceeded to push door even with second security lock in position. She pushed door with force, ripping the door, from the lock. We thought we were being robbed. We did not who was trying to come into our room. My wife is still in shock even after we left hotel. Having an anxiety episode. We yelled out from the bed and the housekeeper never responded. She closed door without responding. The head of the bed was locked from door view. We we try to leave the room we had difficulty opening the door to exit. I had to move the would frame piece around and lift off the lock. What a crazy mess. When we went check out, staff was rude. Made me feel it was my fault. I noticed they were calling on the two way radio to let housekeepers know which rooms were cleared from check out. So, why was our housekeeper not informed of room still being occupied?

Worst hotel in Rio. I stay in hotels 13/14 days of the month. Worst experience ever. The regular hotel I stay in Rio was booked like many this week due to the Taylor swift concert Big mistake staying at this. The bread from the breakfast you could break a window with. The steak from the lunch burnt and black and waiters tried to tell me I had to eat. Needed to call a second waiter that was shocked and asked the kitchen to make another one. Room cleaning doesn’t exist. They say it will be done but never got done. Front reception person was nice and in shock it wasn’t done. So stay away horrible service horrible conditions

Hotel muito bom, mas que explora mal suas dependê.
As Janelas são lacradas, ar condicionado da minha unidade estava com um defeito que desliga-se automaticamente depois de menos de 3h ligado (à noite percebi isso,quarto ficava quente). A piscina fecha,inadmissivelmente muito cedo, as 18h, enquanto há sol e muito calor no Rio. O Hotel é muito bem localizado, em frente às principais arenas,próximo à restaurantes,mercados e farmácia.

Nao fizeram a limpeza/arrumação do quarto, sendo necessário solicitar por 2 vezes para que a mesma fosse feita. Banheiro, com vazamento no boxe e a pia com entupimento. Localização perfeita para eventos na Farmasi arena
Chegamos tarde (23h) e não encontramos fila para checkin. O atendimento foi rápido e cortês. O hotel fica exatamente em frente ao portão de entrada da Farmasi arena, basta atravessar a avenida. Ao lado tem supermercado e farmácia. A cama é confortável, o chuveiro é potente, a limpeza do quarto é excelente. O café da manhã farto, com variação a cada dia. O hotel tem um restaurante que serve um ótimo buffet aos sábados, além de pratos a la carte. Tem uma pequena academia e serviço de spa. Considero perfeito para eventos na arena. Gostamos muito da estadia.

Eu amei
Vim de Sp ao RJ de ônibus, desci na rodoviária novo Rio e não recomendo que utilizem táxi, me cobraram super caro, usem Uber e 99 preços justos. Fiquei no quarto com 2 camas solteiros, a TV não funcionava bem, mas o quarto estava impecável, ar condicionado maravilhoso, chuveiro excelente e as camas e lençóis confortáveis. O almoço lá é muito caro e não possui restaurante nas redondezas baratos, recomendo ir ao shopping Barra shopping, e se for comer algo a noite vá no Jappa da quitanda, melhor restaurante japonês. O café da manhã bem robusto, estou até agora apaixonada pelo bacon deles e o café muito bom, da até pra tomar sem açúcar. A piscina limpíssima, abre as 9 e fecha às 18, a academia abre as 6 e tem SPA porém não é de graça, 130 reais 30 minutos , mas compensou muito. Eu amei. dentro dos quartos possui uma cafeteira , frigobar excelente pra levar sua água e deixa lá gelando e o estacionamento não é gratuito, vc tem que pagar um valor ao hotel. mas concluindo foi muito bom, pq eu reservei para ir no show do Farmasi e é só atravessar a rua que vc tá lá
