Great value for money, perfect location near overground station, many places at walking distance as well. Looks freshly built/renovated, which is a big plus. We had room facing the overground lines, but for us it was ok, we had 0 issues sleeping at night. Would stay again.

Bad experience this time
Rooms were freezing, i had to wear my clothes in bed and water boiling, couldnt even shower it was so hot. Asked about moving rooms as we were stayimg 2 nights but this could only be facilitated if id return to the hotel at 1pm. As i had a family engagement out of the city it wasnt possible. No other solution was offered to me. Ive stayed here before and always enjoyed it. It was so disappointing this time.
