Excellent location really friendly staff. Very small claustrophobic room. Stained mattress protector but otherwise very clean. Very good value for one or two nights whilst visiting the arena. Excellent bar and eatery associated with the hotel

We arrived at the time the email said we could check in and we could not get in. The sign on the door said it did not open for several more hours. No one was around. We were unable to reach a person by phone. The hotel was literally underneath the soccer arena and not convenient to the city center. We bailed and stayed at another hotel.

To check in hotel you have to go into the Boston restaurant but that isn’t open during summer so you have to go across into O’Learys. Most of the time there is no one to help you, it’s all done self service. We wanted to store our luggage, as its states on their site that it is an option, but no one was working to facilitate that. We came to the reception in O’Learys at 9:30 am, not opened, then came back at 11:30 am since check out was at 12 and still no one working. I found someone not affiliated with the hotel but somehow worked at Olearys, who opened the coat check room so we could leave our bags for a few hours. They do offer a breakfast which is in the empty restaurant with no one working so you just awkwardly walk in the empty restaurant to help yourself. It was one of the most uncomfortable and awkward hotel experiences. This hotel works if you want zero interaction, extras, and you’re doing something specifically at Globen otherwise it’s a waste of money to stay there.

Bra hotelrum men besvikelse till frukost
Bra hotelrum för kortare vistelse. Svinnkallt badrum. Största besvikelsen är frukosten, saknade varma alternativ samt laktosfria alternativ. Serverades endast apelsinjuice. Sedan var gurkan uppskuren för typ 4 dagar sedan, så torr. Vi saknade även beskrivning på vad det var som serverades.

Bra o fyller sitt syfte.
Bra boende. Helt ok standard, tyvärr små missar när man byggde som stör. Sitta på Wc stolen betyder en vägg i ansiktet. Trångt alltså. För stor (men fin) lampa i badrummet. Som dessutom är monterad så att en inspektionslucka inte går att öppna. Duschtvålen står på en ”hylla” som är lös. Så när man trycker för att få tvål ramlar allt i backen. Vid frukost stod det porslin på i stort sett alla bord, vilket gör att man står o funderar på om bordet är ledigt eller inte. Något rörig servering. Fick ”leta” för att se om det fanns mer… Små lättfixade störningsmoment, men i det stora hela ett bra boende som fyller mina behov. Lite mer engagerad, självgående personal skulle räcka för att städa bort dom flesta tråkiga sakerna.

Bra boende för 3 Arena
Perfekt för boende vid event på 3 Arena, vilket var vår anledning till besök. Toaletten i rummet var aningen lustigt placerad med en vägg rakt fram, lite osäker på hur det skulle fungera för en person med lite längre längd. Frukosten var liten, men hade det vi ville ha. Den serverades dock i en resturang som för tillfället undergick renovering, så osäker på om det påverkade utbudet. I rummet ingick 15% rabatt på mat på O’Learys. Det var inte helt tydligt hur det skulle gå till och det slutade med att lyckades beställa och betala maten utan att få rabatten, orkade inte heller börja ”bråka” om att få det justerat i efterhand.

Bott här tidigare i ett större rum. Fanns inget att klaga då förutom ljudnivån utanför hotellet. Denna gång fick vi ett mindre rum som var tyst men sängarna var katastrofala. Var som att ligga på en planka. Stenhårt och kroppen fick ingen vila under natten. Frukosten är vad man förväntar sig med tanke på priset.
