I give it 3 stars, not 5.
Sheraton Aggie is ok. Would I stay here again? Maybe. Is it 5 stars … No! So if you are a 5 star person and that is your expectation, maybe rethink this one. It is a little tired, the main elevator didn’t work, the TV only worked for part of my stay, there were crossed wires in the electrics resulting in a flashing globe all night, if you did have all the two-way switches in the exact right configuration… things that could be managed but it shouldn’t be rated 5 stars.

Great stay
Stayed on NYE. Was a good stay. Room comfortable and staff friendly. My only complaint would be the disorganisation at the restaurant. Although looked like plenty of staff around, drinks orders were forgotten at dinner. Food was not replenished so lots of empty food trays at the buffet. Had to ask for cutlery and plates for breakfast buffet. Definitely would stay here again and much better then the other Sheraton beach resort by the airport.

The stay was so amazing this was the first family holiday we done and we loved every part of it, the resort was amazing the people were great, thank you so much to the team for helping us with a our babies while we’re there, a special mention to the Manager Kirk, to the from desk team and also the restaurant staff Ioana, Theresa & Sisi. Workers are great at what they do. They are friendly and polite. However, the room was stale and musty once you open the door. Clearly water not properly drained since being flooded. Not friendly to the elderly and handicapped. The pool has no overflow vents. The toilet paper was cheap. The shower handle falls off all the time. Last, feral cats scratched your legs as you eat. Maybe they are left there to control mice.

Found both service charges and rooms quite pricey after being in Kuala Lumpar 5 Star hotels and were a lot cheaper than Sheraton Aggies. Found booking by internet Expedia cheaper than if you book by telephone or locally. At least a third cheaper, I asked they couldn’t explain why?
