This is a cute little hotel, friendly staff, and well placed in the heart of old town Brussels. This hotel is, however, not for those with accessibility restrictions. There is no elevator and a ton of stairs. I was on the top floor and had to carry 40 pounds of luggage up and down. It was also a heat wave when I was there and there was no A/C, only some fans that they set up in the room. You couldn't open the window because there was a LOT of foot traffic below (one of the busiest squares right outside the window). So, it was very, very warm by the time you climbed to your room in the heat and had to keep the windows closed. Bathrooms were also super tiny. (Using the toilet, my knees were half in the shower...) The staff were great, though. They do offer breakfast. (I didn't order it but I was appreciative that they offered it.) The location is superb. You literally walk out of the hotel and into the throng, on streets full of restaurants and shops.
