部屋やサービスはとても良いが、Wi-Fiが残念
温泉郷という事もあり、大浴場や露天風呂はとてもよかったです。お部屋も綺麗でゆっくり過ごせました。何よりも食事の時のスタッフの方々の対応がとてもよかったです。アジアの他国出身のスタッフの方もいらっしゃいましたが、とても印象が良かったです。ただ今の時代のこともあり、Wi－Fiが部屋では全く繋がらなく、1階ロビーでもとても遅かった点が残念でした。

大変快適に過ごすことができました。 ただ、中国からの旅行客が大変多く声が大きく騒々しい。大浴場に入る引き戸を開けっぱなしにする中国人の方が多い。 宿泊前に少し注意いただけたらと思います。 女性専用露天風呂に洗い場がなく、湯につかるだけというのはいかがなものでしょうか。 また
