After initially not being able to find out booking, they ‘found’ it, but put us in a twin single room, instead of a queen with a rollout. We discovered this around 8pm. When I highlighted this, they politely found us another room, however this time, after I had to move our bags, I arrived at a unit that had no running water and a toilet that the cistern fell off.
They then said they only had the original room offered, and would set up a bed for our child. At 8.30pm, we had no other choice. They did remove the parking payment, however the tired facilities and the fact that we didn’t get what we paid for was disappointing. Helpful staff however.
