It's a nice enough hotel, but service is lacking. It has two elevators, but one is broken. The man at the front desk informed me that they are waiting until a weekday to get it fixed otherwise they'll have to pay the overtime fee. Meanwhile, you have 6 floors of people trying to use one elevator, making a stop at each and every floor.
When I checked in, I informed him that we were using the trundle bed and he said that he would have some make it up for us. We made it to the room and got settled and no one brought the bedding. I called down and asked for it again and was told they'd be right up. Waited another 20 mins and still no bedding, so just went down and got it myself. Springhill Suites are normally better than this, but this one is definitely subpar in the customer service aspect.
