The employees of the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. I stayed for 2 weeks during the holidays, and would stay again. The location is perfect for staying in Gamla Stan and having public transportation and grocery stores nearby. The property/apartment had a full kitchen so I was able to cook a nice Christmas ham dinner. The apartment was cozy and warm, and as advertised.
I stayed through the new year. At this time it was fairly quiet, but you could here noise outside the windows (especially the bedroom window, walls are solid and silent). During other times of the year, it would probably get to be very noisy as more people walk up and down the street later into the night and visit the bars. So I would recommend bringing ear plugs (it would be nice if the hotel provided them).
Also at this time, the bedroom curtain does not fully cover the window so street light comes into the room. During longer summer nights this may be an issue if you need a fully, dark room.
Overall very happy with the property and the staff
