Loved staying here and would stay again! The hotel staff was excellent, the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were exactly as pictured. It can be loud at night so might not be the place for you if you want quiet! Also, the pool/hot tub discolored our swimsuits so wear dark colored ones.

Location is superb, right in the heart of Fira, so many shopping around and just 2 mins walk to the Main Street. The only down side of the property is so much narrow stairs up and down makes it hard to move big suitcases. Ada who was our contact person during the stay was gorgeous, she took care of us even before we arrived. She sent us a lot of good info about car rental, activities to book, dining places, and arranged transportation from the port for us. Breakfast menu has a large variety of choices and we loved it being served till 11am. The room is lovely, spotless clean and our plunge pool faces to the caldera which was a bonus for enjoying the ocean and sunset. During the night even it is in the center of Fira, it’s so quiet probably due to their building construction. We rented a small car for 2 days which I recommend to do so as it made our life easier to get around between Fira, Oia, and the beaches. Parking is sketchy though, we parked at the lot across the McDonald’s which was suggested by Ada but that parking lot is popular and people kinda park “very freestyle”, glad that we had a small car. Overall we enjoyed our stay so much, we definitely will come back.

Since the moment of reservation they star getting in contact! Ada was an amazing host and help us with everything! The hotel is in the best location close to everything! Room was amazing!!! It was super big. We got the honey moon suite. We arrive early and the room was ready so it was perfect for us. Bus station is 8 min walking and it cost 1.5 to 2 euros to move around the island so is super cheap. We will come back for sure

We had to check in late after a flight cancellation, and from the beginning, Ada was so helpful setting up a late-night transfer from the airport and providing check-in instructions so that we could get into our room after hours. Throughout our whole stay, Ada was responsive and provided excellent recommendations. We LOVED our room and patio - the view was phenomenal and we enjoyed eating breakfast there each morning. This hotel is very close to the heart of Fira, but removed enough that we never had issues with noise at night. I can't recommend it enough! We would never stay anywhere else in Santorini - our stay here was absolutely perfect.

BOOK THIS NOW!! It is absolutely, hands-down the best experience. The views are breathtaking. The breakfast and delivery make you feel like you are royalty. Upon arrival, the manager sat down with us and gave us a complete tutorial on the island, where to go, how to get there, suggestions, etc. She was able to get us a great discount on a tour that was the highlight of our stay. She was always available if I had questions during my stay. Mr. Alex was so sweet and carried my very heavy suitcase up all the stairs for us without a whimper. I could not have been happier with my stay and if I could give them more stars, I would. If you are even remotely thinking twice about booking here, do it! You will not regret your choice.
