Lovely place, we stayed there for 3 nights with our 3 year old daughter and the place was perfect, if you looking for a place to stay with children look no further. All amenities are so well maintained pool, playgrounds etc. Children pool with slides is perfect for a 3 year old and older children. All inclusive option is great, tasty food and lots of options in restaurant as well as snack bar and extras in the pool area. Restaurant service is top and everything is so tidy and clean despite the amount of quests. Entertainment program is also good, there is a pool fitness for adults and nice evening programs to sit with a drink. Can honestly recommend this place 👌 not to mention that playa the muro is about 10 min of pleasant walk from the resort.

Good for families
Great hotel for families. Pools, green area, entartainment. The downside is the poor Internet connection, twin bedds (we preffer double ones) and the lack of a stove in the room for the self catering. Also there is air conditioning but no heating. The persinnel is very nice and helped us each time we need it.

Ett hotell som passar familjer med mindre barn. Vi reste med två barn 8 resp 11 år som inte uppskattade underhållningen. Maten var OK, men tröttnar lätt då det är samma mat. Trångt vid pollen och besökarna bokade upp solstolarna tidigt på morgonen så inte alltid det fanns plats med skugga vilket är jobbigt i 36 graders värme. Vänlig personal, bra låg ca 5 min promenad till stranden, supermarket över gatan och nära till busshållplatsen.

die Anlage ist sehr schön, die Nähe und der Blick zum Naturpark traumhaft. Die Pools sind super, und das Kinderprogramm sehr gut! Aber es scheint in die Jahre gekommen zu sein und mit dem Zimmer kann man auch sehr Pech haben: wir hatten ein sehr verschimmeltes Bad und der Geruch von Gammel (aus dem Abfluss oder aus der Klima-Anlage?) fiel unangenehm auf.

Et udemærket sted at bo - dejlig poolområde, fin lejlighed om end er der meget støj fra aftenaktiviteterne på scenen og det omkringliggende natteliv, gode senge, rengøring hver dag og venlig service. SÉJOUR DÉCEVANT
Pas de séparation entre les terrasses. Vous êtes à 2 mètres des autres personnes de la chambre voisine. En arrivant, nous étions 3 personnes, seuls 2 lits avaient été faits, mais le problème a été réglé très vite. La personne à la réception n’était pas agréable, pas souriante, elle s’est contentée du strict minimum… Une odeur d’égouts entourait l’établissement et se sentait dans la chambre, c’était très désagréable. Le sol de la chambre était très humide le soir, voire détrempé. La paroi de la douche fuyait, ce qui fait qu’à chaque douche, il fallait éponger la salle de bains…. L’eau de la piscine était trouble et assez sale en surface par endroits.

Soggiornato in uno dei moltissimi appartamenti della struttura. Fin dal primo ingresso ci ha sorpreso in negativo un forte odore di umidità e muffa che non siamo riusciti a rimuovere nemmeno aprendo le finestre. Struttura abbastanza mal concia, la stanza presenta tutti i servizi principali e qui nulla da dire. Però trovo strano non venga ripristinato il set di saponi di cortesia nonostante li abbia usati entrambi. Colazione nella norma, moltissima scelta sia salato che dolce, non al top come qualità del cibo però non ci può lamentare. Struttura perfetta per famiglie visto lo spazio delle stanze, sconsiglio alle copie.
