We arrived at facility at about 8:30PM, could not get into the apartment. Finally a girl came down told me to call a #, I started calling them, took them forever to answer my phone call with somebody who can speak english, and he told me he had to contact his manager to see what's going on. EXCUSE me, this us a prepaid reservation, at 9PM, you told me you need to find out what's going on???? Then he told me if I didn't like this way, I could leave. So I had to call Expedia customer service in the States seeking for help. Took me more than an hour finally got the key to get into my apartment. The apartment is so small, I paid for 3 persons in the room, but there were only two bed sets. Finally I found a blanket without bed sheet.
The shower was so thin,we are normal size already feel not able to turn freely.The night they checked me in over the phone, never told me that I need to pay about 30Euros city tax, next day (Friday) after we went back to the room, they left me a note asking me to leave my credit card # for them. Seriously? Actually they opened that day @9:30AM, I really don't mind to pay then go out if they told me this the night before. And they asked me to make a copy of our passport and send to them. I emailed them the photo copies, they still came back to me kept asking for it.God, what kind of management this facility is?I was lucky I opened international phone service this time, otherwise I endup on the street. Strongly NOT suggest this facility to everyon
