Hotel needs a make over
The only thing I could praise about this hotel, is the staffs are patient, well manner, friendly and helpful. Other than that nothing is up to expectation. I was first check into room 514, upon entering the room is filled with cigarettes smoke then upgraded to a so called suite room 408 which is old and ruin. Terrible experience around 10.30pm I could hear chairs and tables moving and dropping marble until around 1.30am, I couldnt bear it anymore and complaint to the receptionist and asked is there a renovation going on and I was told 3rd floor is the restaurant whereby there are cleaning up and preparing for the next day breakfast. The noise was somehow not so loud, until around 3am. I requested for a change of room again, and I was given Room 604. Not noisy, room is okay but not the toilet which is a bit run down, water temperature cannot be control either too hot or too cold. Even the door at one time after closing from outside still can open. Luckly I checked before walking off. If I am given a complimentary stays on my next visit, I will reject without second taught.

由廣州東火車站乘1號地鐵線直達西門口站，不用轉線。酒店靠近地鐵站出口，5分鐘內可達酒店。酒店可步行至鄰近的光孝路及西華路，滿佈美食，非常之方便。而北京路及上下九路也在一地鐵站之隔。酒店及房間有點舊，但酒店職員非常之有禮，服務態度也十分好，值得稱讚。

hotel is close to subway station with plenty eating places nearby. however it is not well maintained n our toilet was blocked requiring a change of room. then this second room required a reset of the main power switch every time we came back from outside. lights in the room were too bright also as it was rented out as an office before.

-The staff hardly speak English though with the language barrier, staffs are polite, friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Zhang. -Very poor wifi signal. -I got to stay in the non smoking room but some nights i could smell badly the cigarette smoke. Perhaps from the air ventilation system.
