Hotel Manager was very rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed with hotel room and facilities. Basic amenities missing in room like microwave, coffee maker, etc. Paid breakfast had very few options compared to its fee. I strongly recommend visitors to stay away from this hotel and could find better options near by.

this hotel is in a bad part of town. no person to check you in. All you get is a room key code. staff is not friendly when you see one. hotel room was dirty smelled like urine. shower door didn't close and water goes everywhere. we had a 5 night stay and left after the first. there is no parking as they claim you have to park in a food store across the street. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

The urine hotel.
There is no one at reception. We had to check in with a code. The rooms are dirty, with a smell of urine. Ibis is usually a great hotel, but this is a rubbish bin.

Excellent budget choice.
Needed somewhere cheap at short notice and this place did the trick for two nights. It’s about a 30-40 minute drive to Paris city centre so bear that in mind. The “free parking” is actually the Lidl car park which beside the hotel. I just parked on the street as it was fairly easy. I didn’t explore the local area but it looked a bit run down and not somewhere you’d spend any amount of time without reason. Overall very very happy with my choice. Rooms are basic but very clean and it’s probably the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in in a budget hotel. No noise from outside, there are no bars and the road isn’t exactly a main one. If all you need is a cheap place for a good kip then this place ticks all boxes. I will definitely stay again.

Sketchy
The hotel was in an industrial part of town. The carpet in the hallway smelled like a combination of sewer and mold. Checking in was bizarre. The clerk would not accept our hotel reservation. He insisted on a different reservation. He said hotel.com reservation wasn't enough. He said Howe should have called the hotel as well. There was trash piled up in the entry and around the hotel. He clerk told us to park in the grocery store parking lot next door. That lot did not seem very safe.

AVOID this hotel at all cost!
AVOID this hotel at all cost! We were rejected by the self-service system to be left stranded outside the hotel. To make it worse, we called the hotel number but there was only voice mail. In the end we had to make additional journey to other different hotel as walk-in customers. The hotel refused to refund us by saying that we were late. This is ridiculous! According to the hotel information, the hotel offers self-service check-in for guests arriving outside of normal check-in hours. It is understood that with the self-service system, the hotel must make sure the system works 24-7 no matter what time the guests arrive so there is no such thing as late check-in. Conclusion: AVOID this hotel at all cost!

Bien tout simplement.
Le quartier ne semble pas terrible à première vu, mais ça c'est bien passé. Des commerces à proximité, peu de bruit à l’extérieur; le bus à coté et le métro à 10-15 minutes de marche. L’hôtel est propre; très peu de bruit dans les chambres qui sont bien isolées les unes des autres. Le propriétaire est très sympa et très accueillant. Je n'ai pas pris le petit dej'.

Ok para passar uma noite.
Escolhemos este hotel apenas para passar uma noite antes de seguir viagem. Era o padrão Ibis, o que gostamos, mas haviam problemas com a limpeza do quarto, pois o chão estava sujo e o vaso sanitário tinha urina nas bordas, o que foi bem desagradável.

Séjour Ibis budget Vitry
Rien à dire pour la chambre, propre, bon lit et suffisamment grande. Un peu de bruit venant de la route. Par contre, pour le petit déjeuner, il faut réserver d'avance (impossible sur le site Hotel.com). vous pouvez en faire la demande auprès du gérant la veille dans un créneau horaire défini (il faut être là, ce qui est rarement le cas). Heureusement comme j'étais seul et qu'il n'avait pas trop de monde, le gérant m'a accepté mais il refuse souvent. Le problème est lié à la commission demandée par le site, Ibis ne veut pas la payer sur le petit déjeuner. Il est dommage qu'aucune information ne soit donnée au moment de réserver.

pourriez vous du coup me dire à quoi sert la borne à l entrée de l hôtel ???????? je vous rappel que le matin même j ai voulue payer ma chambre car j ai prevenue le gérant de mon arriver tardive à aucun moment le gérant ma fait par que je ne pouvais pas arriver à 1h20 je trouve cela facile pour hôtel.com de se cacher derrière de tel propos !!!!!!!!!!! laisser une femme seul de 1h20 à 2h30 seul dans la rue mais apparament vous ne vous en inquiété pas plus à savoir en plus que de 1h20 à 2h15 il y a 2 personnes qui sont venue réserve une chambre à la borne et on réussi à rentrer dans l hôtel eux!!!!!!!! alors à quoi sert la borne ?????? de plus la personne de hôtel.com qui a appeler le gérant ce matin ma elle même dit que le monsieur était grossier alors svp soyer respectueux de vos clients !!!!!!! n affirmer pas n importe quoi assumer vos erreurs car à la base si le code envoyé lors de ma réservation fonctionner rien de tout cela ne serait arriver prener vos responsabilités assumer également que le gérant ma refuser le petit déjeuner !!!!!!!!! dans l attente

Hotel ist in einer ruhigen Gegend.. Lidl direkt gegenüber und einige Möglichkeiten etwas zu essen falls man kein Frühstück mit gebucht hat ( so wie wir ) .. die Metro Station ist mit einigen min Fußweg erreichbar eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel Nur mit der Sauberkeit im Hotelzimmer waren wir nicht ganz zufrieden der Flur roch etwas unangenehm (liegt wohl an dem Teppich ) Für kurze Aufenthalte ist es ganz ok
