When I arrived I found they had moved me to another nearby property, Elia Potie. The room they gave me was larger than what I'd reserved, and had very nice decor. And a small balcony! It is in the heart of shopping & restaurants, and a short walk to the harbor. The only drawback was that there was a popular nightspot on the ground floor of the building, with music and crowd noises until around midnight. The noise level wasn't too much, and should not bother you unless you're a light sleeper.
Be aware, you will check in at Elia Betolo, a short distance from both Elia Dortheou Episkopou and Elia Potie. Breakfast is at Elia Betolo as well, if you reserved a room including that. Note that all three hotels are on the edge of the Old Town which restricts motorized traffic. If you have a car you will need to park and walk a distance to the hotel. Also, there are no lifts (elevators to Americans). There is only one key per room.
